This is kind of a sticky subject...
From 1 December, Sticky Club fuel discounts are coming to an end.
This means that November will be the last month that members can earn a Sticky Fuel voucher. Rest assured, Sticky Club will continue to operate in PAK’nSAVE stores with SHOP’nGO or Sticky Coffee promotions.
Since Sticky Club launched, fuel discounts have only benefited a select number of customers and been costly to run – which is why we’re making discounts available to all South Islanders, every day. We’re still fully committed to helping you save at the pump. That’s why from 1 December, all customers can benefit from a 10 cent per litre fuel discount every day when they spend $1 or more. Plus, we’ll continue to run larger fuel promotions from time to time.

What is happening with Sticky Fuel?
From 1 December, Sticky Fuel discounts are coming to an end. This means that November will be the last month that members can earn a Sticky Fuel voucher.
Does this mean that Sticky Club is also ending?
No, Sticky Club will continue to operate in PAK’nSAVE stores with SHOP’nGO or Sticky Coffee promotions.
Why is Sticky Fuel being removed?
Since Sticky Club launched, fuel discounts have only benefited a select number of customers yet have been costly to run. Each month, Sticky Fuel vouchers only help approximately 10% of our customers to save money at the pump; which is why we want to change the way we offer fuel discounts and make them available to all South Islanders, every day.
What fuel discounts will you offer going forward?
From 1 December, all customers can benefit from a 10 cent per litre fuel discount every day when they spend $1 or more. This offer was previously only available to Sticky Club members when they spent $40 or more. Now, all customers can enjoy a fuel reward when they shop at a PAK’nSAVE South Island store.
Will I be able to earn a higher discount than just 10 cents-per-litre as the discounts with Sticky Fuel were up to 35 cents-per-litre?
We’re still fully committed to helping you save at the pump and will continue to run larger fuel promotions from time to time. Make sure you sign up for our emails to receive advance notice of when these promotions will run.
What happens to my current Sticky Fuel balance?
You will need to print your final Sticky Fuel voucher in-store by Monday 30 November. Alternatively, if you create a Sticky Fuel voucher online (via the in-store kiosk or at stickyclub.co.nz) before the end of November, you will have until Monday 7 December to print it off in-store.
What happens to my Sticky Fuel balance if I haven’t used it in time?
If you haven’t created or printed your Sticky Fuel voucher on or before Monday 30 November, your balance will expire; so make sure you head in-store or log in to stickyclub.co.nz before the end of the month so you don’t miss out.
Can I still scan my Sticky Club tag at the checkout?
Yes, you can but from 1 December onwards, you will no longer be able to earn Sticky Fuel discounts.
Why should I continue to be a member of Sticky Club?
You can still use Sticky Club to continue to participate in SHOP’nGO and to collect Sticky Coffee rewards at participating PAK’nSAVE South Island stores.
Can I still sign up to Sticky Club if I want to use SHOP’nGO or earn Sticky Coffee rewards?
Yes, just pick up a Sticky Club tag in-store and register it at stickyclub.co.nz, at the in-store kiosk or by phoning our Call Centre.
Will I still receive my weekly Sticky Club email with the latest specials?
